1) Nuclear scale is used for in-line continuous metering and batching control of various bulk solid materials.

2)Under a normal working condition, the zero point drifting is ±0.2% within 48 hours.

 

2.Detailed product description

 

1) The product is widely used in such industries as cement, coal, coke-making, iron and steel, mine, power generation, chemical, food, etc.

2) When a conveyor is working normally, the dynamic accumulated metering error is ≤1.0% (the material load varies in a scope of 20%-100% full range).

3) Applicable to the following conveyors: belt conveyor, spiral feeder, trough chain conveyor, scraper conveyor, bucket conveyor, and crawler conveyor.

4) The non-contact measurement is not influenced by belt tension variation and belt conveyor vibration.

5)It is convenient for installation with no need to modify the conveyor.

6)Complete detection data: providing for the users transient flow, conveyor load, annual, monthly, daily, shift and hourly production volumes and aggregate accumulation, statistic analysis and printing of reports, etc.

7) Average failure-free time>15,000 hours, conveyor speed: 0.1~5M/S (to be changed moderately according to the field environment), belt width; 300~1500mm (to be changed moderately according to the field environment)

8)Operating environment: for detector: temperature -30°C~+60°C, for main unit: temperature 0°C~+40°C, humidity›90%.
